A cut of PRIME....

“Prime Grill, Prime Wine, Prime Time”

The statement above really sums up this place...

I had the privilege to be invited to dine at this particular establishment and boy was I in for a treat... Their advertisement on being the "Best Steak in Town" is no boasting.... they truly are good...

Our dinner started with a 2002 French Bordeaux and some bread served with 3 different flavoured butter... This was the beginning to a great meal to come.... Following this, we had 2 dozens of freshly shucked oysters service with 6 different dressing/sauces... along with this was a portabello and rocket salad served with fresh truffles and cheese and a prawn and avocado salad... The portabello was yummy!!! :)

On to the main course, I ordered a Australian Black Angus 200-day grain fed 8oz. Filet Mignon which was just perfect.... It was done just the way I like it with a pink center but not having that kinda raw beef taste.... this is definitely by far the best I have had.. it was so tender eventhough it was quite well done and the accompanied sauces were Truffle, Balsamic and Peppercorn for your choosing.... Some others had the premium Australian 12oz. Kobe Beef with a marble score of 6... Those were huge but they looked scrumptious all the same...

After 3 bottles of wine and multiple bottles of Panna Mountain Spring Still and Sparkling water later..we ended the meal with fruits, cookies and coffee... I wished we had space for dessert but after everything we ate, I dont think I could fit in another portion of desserts.. and I missed the cookies as well.. darn it.. coz the chocolate chip cookies looked good...

All in all this place is highly recommended but only if you have spare change... All the premium meat also comes with a premium price... but it is definitely worth the price as least just once... :)
